Hello,

Two questions about NxInspector6:

1. How may I setup the NxButtonInspectorNode6 that no Edit-Area is shown and no Cursor appears? See the attached screenshot.

2: The Button appears only when the Node is selected. Is there a way to show the button anaytime?

Thanks.

Stefan

Hi Stefan,

Hm, maybe another type of item will suit better here. Can you send me this mini demo project from screenshot.

Maybe I can do something (or add new property , if needed)

Send us applications made with our components and we will submit them on: www.bergsoft.net/apps.htm. Link to this page will be also set on home page too.

Hi Boki,

unfortunately this is no mini demo. In my app the user can place some components (Label, Edit...) to a form at runtime. He can setup via NxInspector some important properties of the selected component. That's ok.

But to delete the component he have to push a button. And so I try to use the NxButtonInspectorNode6.

I will solve the problem otherwise with an additional Toolbar for some Actions. So there was a separation between properties and actions regarding the component. (see attached screenshot)

Thank you for your help.

Stefan

Hello Stefan,

I suggest for your case that you use Toolbar item type. Button item type is more used as a standard item + button.

I'm thinking about adding SpeedButton property type in future with only one button and one event (without button index) for situations like your. But for now I suggest Toolbar item type.
