How to display field by column name?

why i try with this code doest work,

    If GridMonBod.ColumnByName[CGridMonBodLev.Name].Field.DisplayText = '..2' then
      TextColor := $00DFDF00;

CGridMonBodLevel: TNxDBTextColumn;

Hi,

Not sure why it can't find it, but you can simply skip ColumnByName completely.

CGridMonBodLevel.Field...

Not sure why it can't find it, but you can simply skip ColumnByName completely.
