When all rows are visible, without scrollbar, how to activate mousewheel to scroll among rows?

Works great when number of rows is larger than visible count, is there a way to use it with not so many rows?

I think it’s not internally possible, but maybe if you use on of the events you can try to set VertScrollBar.Position by yourself manually.

if you have some small demo project, maybe I can look at it.
