I originally installed the freeware version then quickly bought the commercial version. I uninstalled the freeware version then ran the commercial installer. The installer completed successfully but did not register the components in delphi. I had to open and install the packages manually is this correct? Also, The GridPrint component is not installed anywhere, consequently the included demos dont run.
Install Process

The installer doesn't install (yet) components directly to Delphi's IDE. So you have to open those component packages manually and compile and install them to Delphi's IDE.
I suggess that you look for help manual that is located in directory where you installed those components. In the help manual you will find detailed instructions how to install components correctly
