Hi Boki,

Is it possible to add the dropdown part of the TNxDatePicker as a separate component (including the suggested event for supplying the font style/color of a date)? I know it's pretty much like the Win32 Month Calendar but i prefere pure vcl components and you already have much of the code to create it.

I think the calculator & color editor will be nice as a standalone vcl too.

So can you modify the TNxPopupControls in such way that they will be available as standalone vcl too?

Please make the existing popupcontrols available as standalone vcl's too. I think it's a matter of splitting them in two parts (a vcl and a subclassed popup version). This might also fix the shine through problem of the combobox. It might be easy if you define an interface for the popup version and subclass the vcl version with the interface.

Hi Boki,

Just what i needed!

Again please do not forget to do the same for the other popup editors. Preferably without duplicating code and introducing double maintainance. If you could turn the popups into normal vcl's and just display them in a popup window / form i think it would be best.

Btw why are the popup's separate windows and not an alwaysontop forms?

Hello Wim,

Unfortunatelly, DatePopup will need to be drawn from skratch (to have multiple months/calendars), but others no need.

I think that TForm use simiar settings as my popup controls. This is single parameter inside CreateParams and this can be changed easily.
