Hello Den,

This is not possible with NextGrid, but I have NextSheet component that can do this.

Boki, it's like a separate component that also displays tables or it works in tandem with TNextGrid?

Hi,

It’s a separate component that look and act like Excel spread sheet with features such as cell border, range selection etc.

Hi Boki,

Where is that component? I thought is was also possible with NextGrid. I bought your NextGrid 3 weeks ago, with the assumption that I can use it like a excel grid.

Greetings

Fred

Hello Fred,

This component is included in version 5 of packages. It’s called NextSheet . I’m also working to upgrade it to v6, but you can use it right now: http://dn.bergsoft.n...ple-project.htm

You only need to install NxCommon_dxxx and NxSheet_xxx packages.

Hello Boki,

Is it also possible to rename the row and col headers.

I want to use it in een planning sheet, see example.

Hi,

I think that the best solution is to hide heading (removing soHeadings flag in Options property). And then simply dedicate one row (1st one) to be header row. You can style it how you like it (with background and borders). Same like you will do in Excel.

I hope that this helps.
