Hello there,

when i connect the dbgrid to a datasource(tmydatasource from mydac) and choose Gridview then i cannot select the first row.

I didn't change anything from the standard settings.

Do you know this problem?

Thanks a lot

Hello Boki,

do you have any news on this topic?

It seems that the grid does not show anything when there is only 1 row in the dataset.

When there are 2 rows, then it shows row 1 and 2.

Thank you very much

Hello Huppel,

For some reason it all work well for me (so far). I will test it little bit more.

I'm able to select 1st row without a problem. I will try to record a video tomorrow so maybe you can see where I'm making a mistake.

I also have this problem here but with me it was because the first cell was invisible. ItemIndex := 0 won't work then (I'm using SelectFullRow).

I solve that by using NextVirtualGrid.SelectCell(4,0); Here in this case the first is a Checkbox and then 3 x ICON where it also does not work in the normal way. (ItemIndex := 0).

First Cell visible = False same problem. I just wanted to give you this so you know how and what.

Regards,

Eduard.

Hi,

I think that I have fixed it (tested with MyDAC). It will be included in the next release.

Thank you to both of you.

Boki, do need more input from my side?

Greetings
