Hi,

It's been a long time since I used NextGrid and its components. I haven't even used Delphi for almost 3 years.

Now I need some custom software and I've decided to get out the old Delphi I still have, dust off the box and try and write myself a program quickly. NextGrid is an important part of the software.

I am still running Windows 7 Enterprise (I hate Windows 8) and I've loaded Windows XP Mode and installed Delphi 7 Enterprise with NextSuite5 10.201. The problem is that when I try to open the columns editor, I get the following error message: "Error reading ColumnsGrid.ExplicitWidth: Property ExplicitWidth does not exist".

If anyone could help me out with this, I'd be grateful.

Hello Trevor,

I have accidentally open a editor in Delphi XE3 where ExplicitWidth is present for controls. Just open ColumnsEditor.pas file in Sources\Next Grid folder, move form a little bit (to ensure Save button to be enabled) and then re-save.

Please sorry for this problem. It is fixed and ready for next update.

After I followed your instructions and loaded ColumnsEditor.pas, moved it and saved the file, I still got the same error.
In the end, I loaded the package, compiled it and 'installed' it again and that solved the problem.
Thanks!
