LastAddedRow property

This property is very useful for obtaining Index of last added row. Example:

NextGrid1.AddRow();
NextGrid1.AddRow();
NextGrid1.AddRow();
NextGrid1.SelectedRow := NextGrid1.LastAddedRow;
