Hi, Boki:

Been setting DefaultValue := '0' in NG5 so that the first item of the list displays.

Will InsertValue := 0  behave the same?

Thank you,

Chuck

There is still DefaultValue for each column. The difference is that now DefaultValue is in column-native type.

Example:

Thank you, Boki, for the response.

But I was speaking about the NxListColumn6, not the NxCheckBoxColumn6, and I cannot find any documentation, nor mention in NxColumns6.pas of a DefaultValue property

What I did see was AssignDefaultValue(Cell), but I am not sure how to pass the first item in the list, i.e. 0 index, to the method.

What I am trying to do is explicitly set the first item in the list as the default value. If above is not the correct way to do this, please point out to me how to do this.

Thank you,

Chuck

p.s. not sure I understand what "DefaultValue is in column-native type" means?
